My Name is Barbara S. Avila ... 

I was born in Mexico.

I did my bachelor's degree in Communication (photography) from the ITESM and now I'm  living/working  in Nederland . 

I have been taking pictures since childhood since my mother  gave it to me my first Camera DSLR,  as a gift ... photography became very important part of my life .

My work has taken me to exotic places in : America, Asia, Oceania, Africa and Europe... The knowledge I gained from those experiences is "Immeasurable" .

I have done many types of photography ... but I can say with certainty my passion for this work comes from people … personalities, moods and feelings ...   Those powerful and intangible things separate snapshots from Photographs ...
